Ranman 400SC is a Group 21 fungicide containing 34.5% Cyazofamid. It is designed for the control of Oomycete fungi, specifically targeting downy mildew in Herb Subgroup 19A crops and Kohlrabi, as well as club root in Brassica Head and Stem Vegetables (Group 5-16). The product can be used in both greenhouse and field applications. For downy mildew, it can be applied as a foliar spray or via irrigation. For club root, it is applied via soil incorporation. When used for club root, the product should be incorporated into the soil within a 9-inch bandwidth along the planting row to a depth of 6 to 8 inches. The label emphasizes resistance management, advising users not to exceed nine applications per crop and to rotate with fungicides of different modes of action. Applicators must follow Worker Protection Standard (WPS) requirements, including wearing long-sleeved shirts, long pants, socks, shoes, and chemical-resistant gloves made of waterproof material. A 12-hour restricted-entry interval (REI) applies to treated areas. Always ensure thorough mixing and uniform coverage to prevent phytotoxicity and ensure efficacy.
