4-Speed XT is a selective, postemergent herbicide designed for fast control of broadleaf weeds. It effectively controls weeds such as dandelion, chickweed, plantain, oxalis, spurge, and wild onion. The product can be applied via broadcast or spot spray. When using low-volume equipment, users should follow specific rate instructions to ensure uniform coverage. Handling requires specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including long-sleeved shirts, long pants, shoes plus socks, and chemical-resistant gloves made of barrier laminate or Viton. Users should avoid application during temperature inversions or when wind speeds exceed 15 mph. It is important to note that this product contains petroleum distillate and can cause aspiration pneumonia if swallowed.
