Quadris Top is a broad-spectrum fungicide designed for the control of many important plant diseases, specifically targeting leaf spots and powdery mildew. It is a suspension concentrate (SC) formulation containing two active ingredients: Azoxystrobin (18.2%) and Difenoconazole (11.4%). This product provides preventative, systemic, and curative properties. It is applied as a foliar spray and can be used in block, alternating, or tank-mix applications, though specific instructions must be followed for each. When handling, be aware that this product is extremely phytotoxic to certain apple varieties; avoid spraying apple trees or apple fruit. It is also highly toxic to fish, mammals, and aquatic invertebrates, and can be persistent in the environment. To prevent environmental impact, do not apply directly to water or areas where surface water is present. For safe application, technicians must wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, shoes plus socks, and waterproof gloves. If the product is accidentally inhaled, swallowed, or comes into contact with skin or eyes, follow the specific First Aid instructions provided, which include calling a poison control center or doctor immediately. Always manage spray drift by avoiding windy conditions and high temperatures to protect non-target areas and prevent crop damage.
