← Back to Seduce product overview
Seduce is a soil-applied granular insect bait used to control ants, earwigs, and cutworms in various agricultural and garden settings. The active ingredient is spinosad (a mixture of spinosyn A and spinosyn D) at a concentration of 0.07% by weight. It is OMRI listed for organic production. The product is designed to be spread on the soil around plants, at the base of trees, or as a perimeter treatment to intercept pests. It works best when the soil is moist but not saturated. Application rates vary by crop, typically ranging from 20 to 44 lbs per acre. For berries, it can be applied as a perimeter or between rows. For citrus, it is applied around the base of seedlings or trees. For vegetables, it is scattered around the perimeter or under plants. Users must adhere to specific application limits per crop and per year to avoid exceeding spinosad thresholds. This product is highly effective and can be applied up to every 2 to 4 weeks, but not more than 3 times in any 30-day period. Always follow specific Pre-Harvest Intervals (PHI) and maximum application rates listed for each specific crop to ensure safety and compliance.
