Delete your account & data

You can delete your LuperIQ / Pest Controller account and the business site created from it at any time. Deletion removes your site and its associated personal data from active systems.

How to request deletion

In the app: open Account → Delete my account, which brings you here.

Or email us: send a request from your account email to dave@luperiq.com with the subject "Delete my LuperIQ account" and your site address (e.g. yourbiz.coderobot.net or yourbiz.pestcontroller.org).

What gets deleted

Your site and its content (scheduling, inventory, invoicing, customers, technicians, documents).
Your account and authentication data (your hashed password, sessions).
Your business contact details collected at sign-up.

What's retained & for how long

Active data is removed promptly (typically within a few days of a verified request). Residual copies inside encrypted backups age out on the normal backup rotation and are not restored after deletion. We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g., transaction/tax records) where applicable.
