Terms of Service
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of pestcontroller.org and the LuperIQ pest-control platform (the "Service"), operated by LuperIQ ("we," "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a license or subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides website hosting, business-management tools, scheduling, invoicing, customer portals, and reference libraries (including pesticide label and SDS documents) for pest-control businesses. Features vary by plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
3. Trials, subscriptions, and lifetime licenses
- Trials are free for the stated period and may be deactivated by either party at any time. Trial sites are not indexed by search engines until activated.
- Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis per truck at the rate shown at checkout, until cancelled. You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment per truck granting ongoing access to the licensed features for the life of the Service, and are yours to keep, sell, or transfer. Promotional pricing (for example, launch specials) applies only at the time of purchase.
4. Money-back guarantee
For lifetime purchases: if we do not have your site live within 4 business days of your purchase and your cooperation in setup, you may request a full refund. Other refunds are handled case-by-case — email us and we will be reasonable.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown before you confirm payment; applicable taxes may be added where required.
6. Your content and data
You own the content you add to your site and your business records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display them as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for the accuracy of information you publish to your customers.
7. Directory listings
Our business directory is compiled from public records, including state licensing data. If a listing concerns your business, you may claim it, correct it, or ask us to adjust how it is displayed by contacting us.
8. Chemical reference information — the label is the law
Pesticide labels, safety data sheets, mixing information, and any related suggestions in the Service are provided as reference material only. The product label is the law. Always read and follow the label, including any state supplemental labeling, before purchasing, mixing, or applying any product. We make no warranty that reference material is current or complete, and it is not a substitute for the label, your training, or your state's requirements.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to breach security, or misrepresent your licensing or certifications. We may suspend accounts that do.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: [email protected].
